Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Testament Media. We aim to provide exceptional products and services, but we understand there may be instances where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are issued and the process for returns.

1. Refunds Are at Our Sole Discretion

All refund requests are reviewed and granted solely at the discretion of Testament Media. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
a. Unopened or Defective Products

Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
If a product is deemed defective upon delivery, the defect must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds will not be granted for products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way, unless they are proven defective.

b. Event Tickets

Refunds for event tickets will only be issued if the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
No refunds will be granted for tickets to events occurring within 7 days, or for missed events.

c. Donations

Donations made to Testament Media may be refunded upon request if the request is made within 7 days of the donation date.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the donation.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If a refund is approved and the product is deemed returnable, the cost of shipping the product back to Testament Media is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any shipping charges incurred during the return process.

4. Refund Process
